Personally, I'd Like to Throw the Island Off the Island - Reality TV - You're Fired!

Well, here we are again, yes, it's that time again, as Hollywood determines for us what we have to watch. You'd think by now they would have figured out that the viewers, yes the viewers, the users, "power to the users" ought to be able to pick which pilots they like and vote on them. So, we know that "Two Men and a Child" is out along with Charles Sheen who got his rear-end laid off like so many other Americans - I can hear Warner Bros. Now "You're Fired!" to the voice of Donald Trump.
Speaking of the Donald, and I don't mean Disney's Donald Duck, I mean the guy who would be President, who always sports a babelicious hottie wife, and co-star contestants - well, I'm about ready to vote the Apprentice off my TV Set and the Island! In fact, I don't know about you, but I am tired of watching 'reality TV' completely, I mean there is nothing really reality based in any of that. For instance, I've been an entrepreneur all my life, and what those nincompoops are doing on the Donald's show isn't what we do in the real world.
Where they find all these ADHD, Bio-polar-melting, and Prozac induced minds is beyond me, and yes, it was funny the first couple of times, and yes it might be in its I don't know seventh season, but I haven't watched it sense. Look we have enough dummying down on the ding-dong social networking sites, we don't need TV competing with that nonsense. Does everyone in Hollywood think everyone out here in their living rooms are stupid?
And, yes, maybe they have a point, considering how people voted for the Teleprompter in Chief and all that, but if all these folks think America is so ignorant, why don't they try enlightening the people of this great nation rather than feeding moronic masses with mesmerizing and mundane minutia?
Not long ago, there was an interesting article in the Wall Street Journal titled; "With Fairy Tales and Alternate Realities, TV Pilots Go High Concept - Edgar Allan Poe as a Private Investigator? Hill Street Hocus-Pocus?" by Sam Schiechner on March 7, 2011, which went through all the potential shows for the up-coming season, well that's just great, nothing really sounded all that good, but I am sure we are going to be force-fed more of the same, like we do every season.
So, I guess my TV stays on the weather channel and I'm only going to turn it on when it looks like it's getting cloudy out there. Yes, Hollywood has lost me, I guess they are firing their viewers too, fine, there is more to life than news, weather, sports, and Facebook anyway. Please consider all this.

Green Screen on TV - Talk Soup

'E!' is an entertainment television channel or a satellite TV network. 'The Soup' was a weekly series that was broadcasted on the network. Previously the show was called the 'Talk Soup' which was later remodeled and renovated to form "E!'s The Soup".
The series shows recaps and highlights of different other televisions shows and pop culture video scenes and selects the best ones to 'moments of the week'. The host cares to take care of the videos and clips with unique and absurd commentary and uninterrupted sarcasm. The popular comedian Joel McHale hosts the show. The show began its journey on the fourth of July in 2004 with the name "What the...? Awards" which was eventually changed to the very famous talk show The Soup.
E!'s The Soup had a green colored set with a screen at the right hand side of the host. There are various themes in the different segments of the show. At first the host introduces all the videos and clips to the viewers and the audience. Then each of the clips is played individually where he tends to comment the clips before moving on with the other videos.
The live audience is a huge support for him as it consists of the family members, friends and relatives of the video holder or the clip owner in a very small scale. The audience is truly supportive and involved in the show.
E!'s The Soup has revenant characters which consists of the dancing maxi pad, the most famous Manikin who is a bikini suit wearing man, two very unattractive person or nerds as they can be mentioned as who are dressed in Star Wars costumes.A house person or a graduate student who is often shot by the host McHale with special sound effects of a gunshot played in the synthesizer or sometimes with other instruments or sometimes just with vocal sounds.
Chewbacca's lawyer Jewbacca, the 'Spaghetti Cat' who always prefer eating spaghetti with 'The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet' and Tom McNamara who is a new release!
E!'s The Soup has quite a few number of levels or segments like 'Chew Stew' which shows the clip from other talk shows with voice over by Kelly Andrews, the producer, 'Chicks Man' which centers on the news of female celebrities, 'Reality Show Clip Time', 'Let's take some E!' and lastly sleeps with 'Clip of the week' until the same day, same channel and the same time.

Scream 4 Movie Review

Scream 4 is a 2011 horror movie distributed by Dimension Films. It stars David Arquette as Sheriff Dwight "Dewey" Riley, Courtney Cox Arquette as Gail Weathers Riley, Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott, Emma Roberts as Jill Roberts, and Hayden Panettiere as Kirby Reed. It's written by Kevin Williamson and directed by Wes Craven.
Marking the 15-year anniversary of the Woodsboro massacre perpetrated by Billy Loomis and Stu Macher, two more teens are brutally murdered at the hands of a new "Ghostface" killer. One of the survivors of the original massacre, Sidney Prescott, returns to town the next day to promote her new book. Sheriff "Dewey" Riley forces her to stay in town after some bloody evidence is found in the trunk of her rental car. She stays with her aunt and cousin Jill while Dewey attempts to solve the murders and find the killer. Meanwhile, several more victims are claimed as the killer reveals to Sidney that he is going to make her suffer through it before coming after her.
One underlying theme of all the Scream movies, including this one, is the typical way a horror movie and series progresses. For the first Scream, it was about the basic rules of surviving a horror movie like, for example, never having sex or doing drugs. The sequel was about the conventional rules of a horror movie sequel such as a higher body count and more "elaborate" death scenes. The third, and seemingly final sequel, was about the particulars governing the rare occurrance of "a concluding chapter of a trilogy" in a horror movie series, the most obvious being that the star, in this case Sidney Prescott, could be killed in the end. Now this new sequel plays on a popular stereotype of movies these days: remakes, or reboots as they are frequently called. These rules are partially taken from the original movie with some new things added in by the (usually) different writer. Although, in this particular case, Kevin Williamson, who wrote the first two Scream movies returned to write this one.
Another play off of commonly-held trends of horror movie series was also demonstrated here in Scream 4. This characteristic is the number of endless sequels, each new one declining in popularity from its predecessor. We see this mainly in the beginning of the film, where we get glimpses of the fictional movie series Stab. The first three Stabs had been based on the events of the first three Scream films, which were "actual" events from the book series written by Gail Weathers. She also wrote the next four stories, which were purely fiction. In addition, four more Stab movies were based on these books. The storylines, since they had been fiction, were based on the author's imagination and were gradually declining in quality from the original three nonfiction books because of the lack of many new ideas, as the Stab films had been.
In the past, Scream movies were not known for having a lot of gore in them other than blood. But, in this film, there is a scene that seemed somewhat out of place in a film series of Scream's notoriety. It was a scene in which a friend of Sidney's cousin Jill is brutally murdered as she and her friends watch helplessly from next door. Upon reaching the scene, Sidney finds blood all over the walls of the room and the victim lying dead on her bed, her "insides on the outside." Unlike in the first film where there were brief mentions of graphic murders like this one, we never actually saw the "guts" on screen.
To wrap, Scream 4 is a brilliant adaptation of horror movie trends, past and present. If you are a fan of the Scream franchise or are just a fan of "slasher" films, you will enjoy this film immensely!
